TONY

Although his father introduced Tony to Self-Help in the 70s (and an admiration for Ben Franklin) he did not get into it until 1993. He had just returned from Los Angeles where he was immersed in the punk rock scene. It was time to get serious about life. Tony became partners with his brother in his video production company (whose work would be groundbreaking and lauded), his sister-in-law Holly, turned him on to her Self-Help library. He became interested in psychology and business. This would become one of the most important eras of his life. Tony became an avid Self-Helper; however, he realized a critical thing sometime in the first decade of this millennia. That admission was that Self-Help didn’t really work.

He loved it because of its potential but it usually remained just that. He wondered if that could be changed. In Early 2012 he began his training to become a Personal Development Coach. In late 2014, he launched his practice. In his business plan was something besides 1 on 1 or even group coaching. That thing would become Perficio. Tony had more or less stopped buying Self-Help years before. Tony understood that the value of Self-Help books and online personal development courses were in the application of the teachings. Especially towards one’s goals. The Acquisition of the knowledge and then it's no-use was basically a great waste. An outside intervention was necessary, like a coach who could identify mental and emotional roadblocks and has techniques to overcome them. Without that, reaching the goals or dreams had when they purchased said Self-Help books/ courses is very difficult. Usually, those same roadblocks that created a situation that led a Self-Helper to purchase something continued to be their obstacles in learning and applying the material. This was Tony's experience and he found it was a universal one.

Tony Believed Modern technology could solve the problem because they could do what a human cannot. After he became certified in NLP, Tony understood how he could make it work. The experience he got from his own coaching business plus consultation with experts gave him the rest. Tony clearly saw how he could make self-improvement work. Tony partnered with his buddy, technologist; DanielRosinsky. In 2015, they created the Alpha test of Perficio. The two formed Auxilium In 2018, for more information on their partnership- see the About Us page. Tony Has had a number of business partnerships and says this is the one that will bring massive success. This is the winning team.
