Therefore, the customer of Perficio, the Self-Help Coach is a client. However, they are also learners of a home study course. They are students. They are subjected to a brand-new kind of high–tech experience that blends both worlds–and then some. Perficio creator Tony Petrozza coined a new term for them–‘clident’. The combination of client with student. Our customers are clidents.
